The Uncanny Alphabet is an artist book by Alexandros Maganiotis and includes artworks previously exhibited as a series with the same title.

Each letter corresponds to a loan word from the Greek language, which etymologically has its roots in ancient Greek and is used internationally.
The meanings of the words chosen by Maganiotis, are rendered in the artist's distinctive pictorial language.
The Uncanny Alphabet was risoprinted by DOLCE Publishing, in 100 copies, numbered and signed by the artist.
