Handmade earrings crafted from solid 925 silver in a Matraque design by sculptor Theodoros.
The Matraque is a unique object created by Theodoros, symbolizing state, sexual and artistic power. The design is inspired by a combination of the sculptural tool known as "matrakas," the police globe, and the phallus. 
Since 1965, the sculptor has incorporated this symbol into various installations, sculptures, and performances, reaching its peak in the 1970s. 
The Matraque design was first presented in the form of jewelry, worn by Theodoros during the exhibition - event Sculpture for Public Participation - Participation is Prohibited in 1970.
